Chowder

When you're hungry you're not yourself. The best thing to do then is to eat pure homemade chowder. I present you an awesome chowder with vegetables. It's perfect, fast and extremely healthy.

Cooking time: 30min
Ingredients: tomato, potato, paprika, onion, carrot, broccoli or cauliflower (or anything else you might like)

Chop up your vegetables into desired size except onion. Then:

  1. ‘Chop chop’ your onion into small pieces. Put it in the wok with little bit of butter (or any other pan suitable for cooking a chowder) and fire up the stove.
  2. After a min or two, put in the rest of the vegetables. Add some salt and pepper and a lot of water to cover the vegetables. Put the stove on ‘medium’.
  3. If you’re cooking potatoes, then the chowder is finished when potatoes are cooked. If you’re not cooking with potatoes then it’s done whenever you want it to be, but don’t cook it longer than 30 minutes.
  4. Eat
