According to some Benchmarks, the CX21 plan has an average value. But according to my personal experience, the CX21 plan has been great, and compared to other providers, I give it a grade of B for web performance, C for CPU performance, A for stability, A for disk performance, and B for network performance. I’ve been using it for years, alongside Google Compute, Digital Ocean, Vultr and Linode. None of these are better than Hetzner, so I ditch them all, except Google. They all provide similar performance for similar rigs. In the price segment, Hetzner beats them all.
